Get Your Sports Physical Today!
As we focus on educating the whole child, we are putting extra effort in ensuring all our students play and practice safely. We require all students that are participating in any after school sports or physical clubs have a Sports Physical. Sports Physicals are good for one year from the time they are administered.
In order to assist our families with completing these Sports Physicals, there are a few close locations to choose from. Parents and/or guardians can call to schedule an appointment:
Mountain Park Health Center - At any of the Mountain Park Health Centers, with insurance, the Sports Physical is FREE, without insurance the Sports Physical is charged on a sliding scale. Call: 602-243-7277 and request a sports physical.
Phoenix Family Medical Clinic - At any of the Phoenix Family Medical Clinics, with insurance, the Sports Physical is FREE, without insurance the Sports Physical is $30. Call: 602-773-5546 and request a sports physical.

General Club Activities
Across our campuses we offer many different general club activities for all of our students. Stop by your schools' office to receive more information about how to get students involved in general club activities at their school!
Student Council Projects
We’re so proud of the student councils from ATS, Carol G. Peck, James W. Rice, Madrid, Sevilla West, and Valencia for collectively receiving $27,230 to fund their Youth Engagement Projects, thanks to Walmart and Valley of the Sun United Way. We can’t wait to see our students in action as they beautify their campuses through projects such as: irrigations systems for their campus garden, bleachers for spectators outside, flexible seating in classrooms, buddy benches, and a virtual reality mobile classroom. Schools have the opportunity to earn an additional $8K, so watch for future posts and vote for your favorite Alhambra projects! #unitePHX
Attended a Freedom Breakfast
The Military Assistance Mission (MAM), sponsored the 5th annual Freedom Breakfast on September 7th, and the new JROTC club members from Sevilla West were able to attend in uniform. They had the opportunity to hear stories from men and women that currently serve, and who have retired from service, and the impact that helping our country has had on them.
It was an amazing morning where the JROTC students met Governor Ducey, took a picture with a real bald eagle, met News Anchors from Channel 3, and spoke with active military men about the importance of being in JROTC and all the possibilities that could become available to them because of their hard work and the leadership skills that they are developing now while in this program.
