Spring Series - Assistive Technology: Just One Thing. These fast, 30-minute sessions will showcase just one organizational or assistive technology tool or strategy that you can use in your classroom or teacher/therapist life.
Time saving tip: Have students submit a screenshot of one slide, Google Doc, or of their iReady "My Progress" completed work they have done. This can be done to speed-up grading/incrementally reviewing student work in Google Classroom.
Tayasui Sketches School is an easy to use app that can be used across subject areas. Sketchnoting is a way to take visual notes while listening, watching or thinking about a topic. Students can use it to create plans and make a visual mind map. It utilizes words, doodles, pictures, and icons. It can be as simple as drawing a few lines and shapes to summarize their thoughts, or details to tell a story.
If you have an appointment to drop off technology but you are on quarantine please update your helpdesk ticket to reschedule a time when you are cleared to return to the workplace.
