Governing Board Meetings

  • Governing Board Meetings are usually convened on the first and third Thursday of each month. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Alhambra Elementary School District Administration Office located at 4510 N. 37th Avenue. (Notice: Times listed on the agenda are approximate only and may actually occur earlier or later than indicated. The Governing Board may consider any item on this agenda in any order and at any time during the meeting.)

    All regular, special, and emergency meetings of the Governing Board are open to the public except during executive sessions. Notices of all meetings are posted at the Alhambra Elementary School District Administration Center at least 24 hours prior to each meeting. By Arizona Law, executive sessions may be called by the Governing Board to discuss personnel matters, pending legal matters, property purchases, student disciplinary actions, and employee negotiations.
