The Barcelona Elementary School Parent Volunteer Program has been very successful in preparing materials for the classroom, providing chaperones for on and off campus activities, and in tutoring students. The BES Volunteer Program develops a strong school-home-community partnership that results in quality education for children. Volunteers don't have to do their volunteer work at school, but can even do their work at home.
