In an effort to develop a comprehensive and safe school reopening plan, the Alhambra Elementary School District responded to the need to develop comprehensive and effective plans, protocols, and systems for the implementation of the following three initiatives: Pre-K through 8th grade full time distance learning, 2-1-2 in-person learning, and effective COVID-19 response protocols for staff and students. To complete this work, nine committees were established under the Alhambra Culture Together Team (ACT). This guidebook outlines the work of these committees, which together serve to support the healthy and safe transition back to school for the Alhambra Elementary community.
