Special Dietary Accommodations
The Child Nutrition Department has two Registered Dietitians on Staff that are here to assist students that have special medical needs that may require special dietary accommodations. We will work with the parents/guardians, school nurse, and the student's health practitioner to develop a customized menu to meet their needs.

Please notify your school nurse regarding the Special Dietary Accommodation form. Submit the completed forms to your school nurse’s office.

All sections must be completely filled out before the form is accepted. Accommodations may take up to 15 business days to be processed.
