Student Records

Student records may be requested for grades K- 8 for any of the schools in our district. Records can be requested from Business Services at the District Office during normal business hours 7:30am to 4:30pm Monday- Friday. If you are 18 or over you must request and pick up your own records. Records cost $15.00 cash or money order. Please make sure when filling out the Request for Records form you fill it out completely and accurately. This will help us to find your records in a more timely manner. Requests are processed in the order in which they are received and can take up to 30 days to process. When the student records are ready you will receive a phone call to come pick them up from the District Office. Please bring a photo ID when picking up your records. The form will be provided on this site for your convenience or you can pick it up at the District Office.
