To register a new student at Sevilla Elementary School, please bring the following items to our school office:

• Proof of residency in our attendance area
• Immunization record
• Child's birth certificate
• Previous school's withdrawal slip

For students who live outside our attendance area and wish to attend Sevilla Elementary School, please obtain an Open Enrollment Application from our school office.
