Getting Started with e-IEP Pro Parent Portal

e-IEP Pro Parent Portal is a website that offers secure, private access to student information, including most recent IEP Progress Reports, Evaluation Report, IEP, Meeting Notice, and Prior Written Notice. In e-IEP Pro Parent Portal, you can see the information for all of your children who have an IEP.

To create an account for the first time, you will need the access code. To get the access code, simply click here to go to e-IEP Pro Parent Portal and enter the email address that you have shared with your child's Service Coordinator.

First Time Access: Create an Account

  1. Click here to go to e-IEP Pro Parent Portal

  2. Click CLICK HERE TO LOGIN

  3. Enter email address that you have shared with your child's service coordinator

  4. Click STEP 2 >>

  5. Go to your email to retrieve access code

  6. Enter access code

  7. Click ENTER

  8. If you have more than 1 child who has an IEP, click on the child you would like to view

  9. Click on the document(s) you would like to view. To view IEP Progress Reports, Click on IEP and then scroll down to the goals section to view progress

Later Access: Already Have an Access Code

  1. Click here to go to e-IEP Pro Parent Portal

  2. Click CLICK HERE TO LOGIN

  3. Click STEP 2 >>

  4. Enter access code. If you forgot your access code, click Re-send Access Code

  5. Enter access code

  6. Click ENTER

  7. If you have more than 1 child who has an IEP, click on the child you would like to view

  8. Click on the document(s) you would like to view. To view IEP Progress Reports, Click on IEP and then scroll down to the goals section to view progress
