Mountain Park Health Center is helping families get ready for the new school year with free back-to-school and sports physicals, available now through August 30, 2025.
Every student who receives a physical will also receive a free backpack — just in time for school!
Appointments are available seven days a week. Families can call (602) 243-7277 any time, day or night, to schedule. Mountain Park staff can also assist with AHCCCS applications if needed.
