Registration Information

Our office is open for student registration Monday through Thursday from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

When registering your child, please bring the following: photo I.D.; proof of Arizona residency; child's birth certificate; withdrawal documents; proof of custody (if applicable); and immunization records.
