• PWN Training Start to Ponder: Can we begin thinking about how we can follow the guidance that with an initial evaluation, we will have a break after that meeting until the initial IEP meeting occurs to allow the parent more time to contemplate and reflect and to help the IEP team to have time to prepare for a thorough, truly individualized IEP for the student?

• On March 15th the annual e-IEP Pro Mass 8th Grade Transfer to Phoenix Union will occur (it also occurs at the end of each year), so the more paperwork that is completed for your 8th grade students, the better this will help with the students’ transitions to High School. 

Google Classrooms for 4th Quarter: To prevent Synergy/Google Classroom syncing issues it is highly suggested to create new Google Classroom(s) for 4th quarter. This is due to the number of assignments increasing as the quarter progresses causing Synergy to freeze in the syncing process and fail.

Be sure to enter the new Google Classroom code into Synergy. (Click here to revisit the instructions in stars.) Archive the old class(es) so there is no confusion for students (previous classes are still accessible in the archived class section). Also, be sure to share the new Google Classroom(s) to your leadership team; following their process.

Staff, an Illuminate Resources and Tech Support Tile has been pushed to your Illuminate dashboard!  When needed, find easy access to resources and support by accessing this tile in Illuminate.

They will receive a SecURLy error.  The boards have been updated and are available on the DL site, or in the presentation shared by your admin.
