What's Happening

  • Check out Montebello's No One Eats Alone Event!

This nation wide event encourages positive peer relations so that every child on a school campus feels safe, valued, loved and respected. Students were selected to participate in a special lunch on our stage led by our Montebello Bully Stoppers and Kindness Crew! Mrs. Kathi Lemieux leads this amazing club and they are making a positive impact on the Montebello campus. Just look at all of that Montebello love!

  • Thank you, Alhambra community, for being strong supporters of the Alhambra Elementary School District! On November 7, our community voted to approve a bond election to benefit our students! One thing is for sure, AESD’s students will continue to be able to compete with other students throughout the state of Arizona and have state-of-the-art learning facilities and gymnasiums for our after-school sports programs and activities. We are well on our way to continuing to “Educate the Whole Child!” Thank you putting children first… they truly are the winners!

  • We are excited to welcome our School Resource Officer Kenny Angwin! Officer Angwin is a certified teacher, as well as a long-standing police officer with the Phoenix PD. He will provide law-related classes to Montebello students, be a resource to our community, and build positive relationships with all stakeholders! We are so happy to have him join the Grizzly family!
