Goal: To develop an effective, districtwide communication plan for all stakeholders.
- Created an ACT Google Site that is available on the Alhambra website. One button, with two paths. One path for staff with access to committee updates and one path for parents with parent updates and information.
- Filtering questions from staff to committees to inform their work.
- Preparing a "Just the Facts" document to support clear communication to the Alhambra Community.
- Managing parent questions through the firstname.lastname@example.org website.
- Assist in drafting the robocalls that go out to the Alhambra Community.
- Inform social media regarding the ACT committees and work.
- Collaborated and supported the Parent Partner Committee with the development of the parent survey.
