Solicitations must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the solicitation
number and offeror’s name and address clearly indicated on the
envelope. Mail or hand deliver your sealed solicitation prior to the
specified time and date of solicitation opening to the following address:

A “No Bid” response may be mailed or faxed to the District
at (602) 336-2269. It is not necessary to return the complete bid packet
for a “No Bid” response. Fill out the “No Bid Response
Form” found in the solicitation and fax it to the Purchasing Department
or mail it to the address listed above.

this website for amendments that may be issued during the bidding cycle.
Amendments may be issued up to and including the day of the bid opening.
Failure to acknowledge amendments can result in the rejection of a bidder’s
response.
PLEASE NOTE: If a vendor downloads a document from this site without
the District’s knowledge, it is the vendor’s responsibility
to verify the issuance of an amendment prior to the solicitation due
date. E-mail or call the contact person with the solicitation number,
firm name, contact name, physical address, phone and fax numbers, and e-mail
address. If you fail to contact us, we cannot advise you of any revisions,
extensions, etc. therefore the District is not liable
